The largest consistent buyer just left. Buyback blackout is live. $SPY at 765.74 after hours, under the 770 gamma flip. Dealers are short gamma through here. They'll add to breaks now instead of fading them. Most desks will treat after-hours as a calendar wait. Overlay a dead buyback bid on a short-gamma book and mean reversion dies. VIX at 16.07 is still in contango. Vol hasn't paid for the flow change at all. Dealer hedging gets heavier into Wednesday. I think SPY sees 762 this week before it reclaims 770. That's where trend CTAs flip short. Until 770 is back, the first break gets chased.

$BTC COST BASIS IS MOVING UP THE LADDER. 👀🔥 Old URPD base: $62K–$65K New dominant URPD cluster: $83K–$85K Anyone desperate to escape at breakeven had their chance since $BTC already traded toward ~$87K. Anyone taking quick profit had their chance. Yet that massive URPD cluster is still sitting there. Supply didn’t completely unload and STH supply still relatively low. That’s NOT the profile of an overleveraged pump. Now hold $83K–$85K and push $92K–$95K. The cost basis is climbing the staircase: $62K–$65K → $83K–$85K → $92K+ next? This is a foolish view. $META was nowhere for quarters, complete failure in AI as far as mkt was willing to price (advertising uplift was real though). Now everyone jumping it like it’s the only winner. @JustLingonberry is right… taste matters. If they have frontier model and plus productize then they’ll be crowned as a true winner. Not a given but they have a better starting point than anyone in enterprise. What happens when $MSFT Office products (word, excel, ppt) are no longer a moat bc people build most things in models first… they’ll drop the Office sub + copilot and use $GOOGL suite.

Does Blocking an Email on Google Drive Notify a Person? — I need to block someone on Google Drive but they have files shared with me. I know that when I block them, they won't be able to share files with me nor will I be able to access those shared files. I want to know though, will they get a notification saying "You cannot share files with this individual" if they attempt to share files with me after I block them? Any type of error message? Also, if I block an email in Drive, does it carry over to Gmail? Sorry if this is the wrong subreddit btw

Oil + 10 year treasury note remain elevated today... The next big risk events are PCE data premarket on Wednesday and $MU earnings after hours on Wed. If there's a positive reaction $QQQ can run to 748 and $SPX through 7700+ again. Most likely we'll see another chop day tomorrow so BE CAREFUL trading. Chip and memory stocks showed no signs of strength today after rallying last Friday. $SNDK dropped 100 from the highs , $MU dropped almost 50 points as well from the highs. $ARM needs back above 300 to look bullish, $ AMD as long as 600 holds we can see 630+ in early October. DJI Osmo Pocket 4p USA — I saw a 4p being sold by DJI official store on Amazon. I'm located in the USA so naturally I know the situation, but I'd like to buy it for a job I have coming up. You should probably have policy of simply not answering phone calls from Robinhood $HOOD no matter what. I received these 2 calls minutes apart, spoofing their correct phone number. Huge failure by @vladtenev @AskRobinhood on the app warning. Normally if in a phone call, they have banner warning at top saying they’re not calling you. They didn’t have that today on these as I answered one and listened, while having Robinhood app open. Fix your security.

Open source Office Suite Support for Googlebooks — I know that Google has its own office suite with Google Docs, but I'm really hoping that OpenOffice or Libreoffice or one of those open-source office suites makes its way to Googlebooks. I don't mind having an Android laptop, but one of the things that I did not want to get stuck with is being required to use the browser for 100% of my word processing, or relying totally on cloud storage.

GBP categories selection is confusing Google as to who we are. — It seems as though Google is now confused as to who we are. We are a fast casual restaurant that has a wide menu. We originally only had restaurant as our primary category. Trying to appear better for some of our best selling menu groups, (salads. burgers, gyros, and vegetarian items) we added 4 secondary categories that we thought would help Google understand what kind of food we offer. I think this has caused us to slip a bit. Our branded searches are still great, but we are now showing up more often for when someone searches for a competitor’s site, but we are not getting the clicks. We have also slipped for searches for restaurant near me. I know that changing the categories too often is a bad practice, but I'm thinking of removing some of these and narrowing it down again. Could this just be a dip that takes time to resolve? Any advice would be appreciated.

Amazon Data Center Interview — I had an Amazon recruiter reach out to me about a **Network Install Technician, DCC Communities** position in one of their data centers. Would anyone happen to know what all exactly this position does? I’m trying to gear myself towards a career as Network Engineer. I have looked over the position and it just looks like a lot of manual labor, not a position where I’m actually troubleshooting issues or dealing with anything networking related besides the physical infrastructure. Would this position help me eventually become a Network Engineer? I don’t want to go for a position that won’t put me on the path of becoming a Network Engineer. I know having Amazon on my resume would eventually help, but I don’t want to work there at the expense of derailing my career.

Primary student using AI to generate stories, should I tell the school? — This info is filtered through a 10 yr old's understanding so I'm taking it with a grain of salt. My 10 yr old has mentioned a student (also in yr 4) has been using Google's AI to create stories my kid that from context are about sax (Reddit filters blocked this post when I wrote that word with an e) and detailed enough to make my kid uncomfortable when she retells these stories in the playground. I don't have a way to contact this student's parents but I'm obviously concerned for this child, is this worth contacting the school about? Are there any resources I can suggest to the school? I can't imagine this child is alone in using tech in unsafe ways, I've learned the hard way to lock down everything tech related but a lot of parents don't see the danger. For context the school is a Catholic school in NSW.

$700 Million a Day Bid Under Nvidia Stock — Nvidia just wrote the biggest buyback check in corporate history. The board added $150 billion to the repurchase program Monday, taking remaining authority to $235 billion, and says it will spend it by the end of fiscal 2028. That tops Apple's $110 billion from 2024, and it is Nvidia's third boost in 13 months after $60 billion in August 2025 and $80 billion in May. The stock closed at $228.86, up 1.68% on a red sell off day for the market. At that price, $235 billion retires roughly 1.03 billion shares, about 4.3% of the company. Nvidia bought $19.7 billion of stock last quarter. To clear $235 billion in about 16 months, it needs to spend around $44 billion a quarter, more than double the current rate. My hsr is super laggy for some reason now — So I just redownload hsr for the upd and when I got on I noticed that it was super laggy on the login page and I was confused because it's normally never laggy for me. Before I deleted the game 2 weeks ago to download another it's was fine there was no lag at all but now when I redownload it, it's all of a sudden laggy. I don't know what to do because so far I've deleted and redownload it, deleted the cash file, made space for more ramm, closed all open apps/system that weren't needed, and lowered all my graphics for it in game and in Nvidia. Also my computer isn't laggy it's just the game itself as when it move it around it buffers alot and flings my mouse while everything else moves smoothly and works like nothings wrong. If you guys can pls help me out that would be very much appreciated 🙏

My previous trades on $QQQ show me that I am a terrible trader of it, I have so many losses trading it, probably due to me being a very ordinary trader rather than the instrument. But today it was too good to pass up, a lot of things lined up, nailed the entry and yet I still left so much on the table it. Today finally looked like a real risk-off day, except Nvidia somehow went up — The S&P 500 fell 0.8% today, Nasdaq -0.9%, Dow -0.7% — the S&P’s worst day since August 20. Absurd loading times in AoT1, any help shortening them? — I have tried multiple fixes I could find online so after nothing has worked, I wanted to ask here hoping someone had more luck in fixing this issue. Namely, I play AoT1 on my gaming laptop: i5 7300 HQ 4 core CPU; GTX 1050 2GB GPU; 8 GB RAM; The game itself is running without any problems on 1080p30, I have set all the settings to their maximum except for shadows. Weird color/halo around crosshair after the new crosshair update on stretched resolution — Since the recent CS2 crosshair overhaul I’ve noticed a strange color fringing / halo around colored crosshairs. It is easiest to see with the old cyan color. When I aim at a dark object/player, extra cyan/purple-ish pixels appear around the crosshair. Questions — The YL will be our first Tesla. My LG C5 can't do DTS-HD on its internal media player, so I've been watching movies through an external HDD connected to an old WD TV Live media player from 2011, and everything's been running flawlessly in great quality. Would I get any improvement from buying an Nvidia Shield Pro instead? — The Nvidia Shield Pro does support 4K, which the WD TV Live media player doesn't do, but all of my movies and TV shows are 1080p anyway so that doesn't really matter. And there's barely any difference between the LG C5's upscaler and the Shield Pro's upscaler as far as I know. But please correct me if I'm wrong, I'm just trying to find reasons not to spend another $250 if it doesn't justify a good amount of increase in picture quality.

Different reasons. **$BE** → selling downside below 200 day support and big options premium. **$COIN** → much wider strike, more time, and a price where I’m willing to take assignment if crypto gets ugly. **$META** → short-dated call premium against continued strength. My LG C5 can't do DTS-HD on its internal media player, so I've been watching movies through an external HDD connected to an old WD TV Live media player from 2011, and everything's been running flawlessly in great quality. Would I get any improvement from buying an Nvidia Shield Pro instead? — The Nvidia Shield Pro does support 4K, which the WD TV Live media player doesn't do, but all of my movies and TV shows are 1080p anyway so that doesn't really matter. And there's barely any difference between the LG C5's upscaler and the Shield Pro's upscaler as far as I know. But please correct me if I'm wrong, I'm just trying to find reasons not to spend another $250 if it doesn't justify a good amount of increase in picture quality.

$META is down nearly 5%. I still prefer $GOOGL for Tuesday. A bigger selloff doesn’t automatically mean a better dip to buy. Google recovered from its opening price Monday. Meta finished near its lows. That gives me more confidence in Google heading into the next session. My prediction: GOOGL outperforms META on Tuesday, measured by percentage change from Monday’s close. For Google, $343 is the first test. Hold above it, and I’m looking for $347. Below Monday’s low near $339.50, I drop the bullish setup. META may deliver the sharper opening bounce. I’m less convinced it keeps those gains. The timing matters: JOLTS and consumer confidence hit at 10 a.m. ET. A rally that survives those releases would mean more to me than a green first five minutes. I want the tesla to be be roughly the same cost all in as my gas bill per month, and I have seen many great stories of high km model 3s, especially the 2019 model. This 3 is a 19 with 219k km, which may sound crazy but for tesla as we all know isn’t the craziest mileage, and the dealer is offering me it for 13-14 out the door, if i were to get a PPI and get the battery health tested beforehand, would this be a good purchase? Maybe i’ll need it max 1-2 years by then i’ll probably order a brand new one and give this to a family member anyways Thanks

Why isn't my SSD showing up? 🫢 — Hii Its an sandisk ultra portable ssd, divided into two partitions, but neither are showing/accessible. Ive tried everything i've read about it online like: different cables, a normal usb cable and an adapter, hoped a software update would help, but nothing. It doesn't show in disk utility either. But the „trust this ssd" window has already popped up twice at least. I don't have any other devices to check the ssd, but at least it showed up on my ipad. What could be the issue here?🤔

Anyone allocate part of their account to an unhedged sleeve of TQQQ? — I would like to lump sum a sizable portion towards TQQQ on a dip but have very little interest in doing all this maintenance work required to do any kind of HFEA configuration, hedging it with government bonds, futures, etc. I truly want this to be a set it and forget it. Plus if I have to look at it every quarter to re-balance I feel that would increase the odds I panic and mess with it. So, to me, benefits of unhedged are twofold: 1) it’s truly a set it and forget it strategy 2) in theory, the upside is considerably better, despite much larger drawdowns. Does anyone have experience with this they can speak about? Thanks! Edit: I guess I should note that the “hedge” would be the rest of my portfolio. I just meant no strategic allocation of 75/25 QQQ/TMF
