Irritation bump help — I've had this eyebrow piercing since last December and it's been acting up like this for almost 2 months now? I've been using saline solution from the piercing place and covering it up with a cotton pad for when I go to bed since I know I move in my sleep but it doesn't seem to be getting any better :( Honestly I'm getting fed up and might just take it out but Google says I shouldn't do that when it's irritated, so I don't know what to do. The piercing is surgical steel and I had it replaced when I lost one of the bearings of my previous jewellery this May, so it's been months with it. Please help!!

Failed Amazon Loop Interview — Had a 5 round loop interview with Amazon last week for an L5 manager position (tech) and got a rejection email today. Process started almost 2 months ago….i dedicated a decent amount of time to studying LP and STAR and honestly this sucks so bad. This would have doubled my salary and i would have broken into Management (IC so far) im not sure where to go from here. I have a decent job with my local county but theres no opportunity to grow since everyone plans on retiring here so no open positions upward and the pay is ok…..Really just wanted to get this off my chest and vent a bit….ive just so depressed since i got the email….sorry guys.

Are butane stoves/grills safe to use inside home or indoors in general? — Hey! I just got the new butane stove/grill from Naturehike. I assumed it was for indoor use I notice the Amazon listing says it’s for outdoor use but also says to keep away from furniture, walls, and curtains. Also, it’s literally the same exact design and has the same specs as my friends the Iwatani indoor grill pictured next to it. There’s 0 information on this grill on the manufacturer’s site (U.S. or China website) besides for what Amazon and EZcamp has which is a complete mirror. Should this be safe for indoor use?

Switching Devices — Okay so, I have my current Soundmap account on my old Samsung device that uses gmail for login and I was already banned (then recovered) from switching from my old old Samsung to this old phone about a year ago. I then got an Apple phone for my birthday last month. So I was wondering. They only need to compete for the liquid supply actually available at current prices. Sellers broke the 119.46 swing area and price has stayed pinned under both EMAs since. That is a bearish 1h structure, and it puts price in discount near the bottom of the range. That is also where it gets interesting. The short side is crowded here, and crowded positioning near a range low tends to get paid late. The zone that matters most is 110.78. That is the range low, and it is where sell-side liquidity is resting. A push into it is the likeliest next move, and it is also the spot where a sharp rebound becomes plausible rather than a fresh leg down. On the other side, 113.53 is the 50 EMA. I’m mainly using it with Windows 11 and an RTX 4060 laptop. The OLED looks amazing, but I’m having an issue where, in HDR mode, the overall image sometimes looks noticeably brighter/raised, especially in darker scenes. Blacks don’t always look as deep as they do in SDR. Just an offhand question about a light — Hi, and thanks beforehand for lending your expertise, cuz i don't know....I scavenged this light from the carcass of an ebike, just unscrewed it and clipped the one connecting wire, hopefully leaving enough on my end to work with, and I guess my question is evident: can I (a layman) connect this to, say, a power bank and have a brief but bright King-Hell headlight? Tesla charging cable length. — Within .5 miles of me there is a Tesla charging station that I have used for fast charging a few times. Out of 8 stalls my C-HR can only comfortably fit in one. If it's taken I have to wait even if others are available or pull up up so close to the charger that my bumper is almost touching it. Anyone else have these issues? Are all tesla charging station cables so short? I see it fits Teslas with no issue because they back right to it, but the charging port on the c-hr forces me to nose in. There is another different brand charging station about 2 miles away but it gave me issues with the app, payment and even releasing from the car. The charging cable is longer though. Are there any adapters that add length to the Tesla cables?

I have been investing since I was a teenager and went all in on bitcoin in ‘21. I have surpassed what my younger self thought I could acquire in btc terms. I really want to travel central/South America for a year and learn Spanish. I have more than enough in cold storage/retirement accounts that as long as I don’t touch anything I will have multi millions in USD terms at retirement age using a 10% ROI (horribly low I know… but being super conservative). I have worked my ass off and want to take a year off, but feel like it is stupid relative to my age, my current salary ($150k+ per year), and how low btc still is in USD terms. Coinbase refund not possible? — A few days ago I tried swapping some crypto using SimpleSwap. I bought USDC on Coinbase, set up the exchange on SimpleSwap, the USDC funds were deducted from my CoinBase account but the XMR was never received. I reached out to SimpleSwap and they said the best they could do was refund the USDC and asked for a wallet address, which I provided. However, when they sent the [basescan.org](http://basescan.org) ledger of the refund it shows they sent the USDC to the Coinbase address that was used to initiate the swap, instead of the wallet address I provided them. This means the money was refunded to some Coinbase address rather than me personally. I called Coinbase and even after giving them details like transaction IDs payment history and recipient addresses they said there's nothing they can do since the transaction is finalized. I'm also reaching out to Simple Swap CS again since I feel like this is a mess because they sent the USDC to a different ad…

Is internal boot more reliable? — Hey, I just had a case of my usb drive failing, it's been 3 years or so with it continuously on (Sandisk ultra fit) and have successfully replaced with a samsung bar. I just encountered another issue, where one of my docker was filling up the filesystem log. I think one of the icons was not working so it filled up the log with errors. So no big deal, I fix the docker icon and safely restart. But once restarted it was saying something like the usb failed to mount. Strange, so I unplugged the usb and tried different ports, checked for corruption. Nothing worked. Then I found that syslinux.cfg had a tilde \~ at the end so I removed that and unraid booted back up. Is unraid just that unreliable or is it booting from usb? Was it because the log was 100% filled that it couldn't modify any existing files on the usb? I'm fortunate that I've been near my server to fix it, but what if I'm away? Should I move to internal boot? Is it more reliable?

Files just gone from sea gate backup drive? — Hi everyone! Today I safely ejected my seagate backup plus portable drive from my laptop and then went to plug it into my desktop to transfer my photos from some recent shoots. When I opened the drive on my desktop though I noticed that the folders I needed were missing. Some folders were created last week and some were just created the other day. Some of the pictures were transferred directly from my sandisk sd card to the hard drive while others were exported from Lightroom (but still going from the path sd card—> Lightroom —> seagate drive). I still have all the photos on my sd card thankfully but I’m just confused on why those folders would disappear! Is there a way to recover them? I even safely ejected the device and waited for it to say it was safe to unplug :( Edit: some files were jpg and some were still raw. My laptop and desktop are both running windows.

October’s weak NFP decreased the odds of a rate hike. Usually, a decrease in the odds of a rate hike doesn’t necessarily lead to a $CRCL dip, because lower rates can support higher trading activity and USDC circulation, although rates are the major factor in Circle’s earnings. But this specific timing coincides with the consolidation in crypto sentiment after the bullishness in late August / early September, coupled with some headwinds, including the leadership transition, OpenUSD, etc., which I don’t think pose a real threat yet. It’s fine; I add more here.

Rodecaster Duo firmware update messed up my SD card — Truth be told, I don't like doing firmware updates. I always hope they might make something a bit better, but I fear even more that they will break something that was already working. In this case, it seems the latest forced update messed up my SD card. Granted, it's an Amazon Basics brand, not Sandisk, but still. The card is 256gb capacity. I'd filled about 6 or so gb by the time I did the update. Following the update I turned the unit off. A few days later when I came back to record a podcast episode it wouldn't initiate a recording when I pressed the Record button. Nothing would happen. Power-cycled a few times, but nothing. Circle isn't just issuing a stablecoin. it's building the rails around dollar liquidity. now BTC can be deposited as collateral, minted into cirBTC, and used to borrow USDC through lending markets on Arc or Ethereum. think about the loop: BTC collateral → cirBTC → USDC liquidity → onchain lending → more USDC utility Bitcoin holders don't necessarily need to sell BTC to access dollars anymore. they can borrow against it. and guess what sits on the other side of that trade? Coinbase/Bitcoin trade — Guys, Coinbase seems unusually low given the fact that bitcoin is sitting pretty high. I normally sell options on Coinbase and hedge those with buying options on IBIT because COIN consistently has 65% annualized IV while IBIT only has roughly 43%. So I kinda sell expensive volatility on COIN while hedging that with cheap volatility on IBIT. It’s been working out really good for me YTD.
