Apple Invites are a terrible user experience every step of the way — Has anyone else outside the Apple ecosystem found their event invite feature a miserable user experience? The invites arrive as a URL via text message and are inevitably buried quickly. To fully open the invite you need to either login or verify your email address. When you do RSVP it either doesn't send you a calendar item or it's a pain to load. If the host sends out a message update, the email is just "click thru to read message." Update on Amazon — I promised that I would update everybody who was interested about my new job at Amazon working as a custodian. It's kind of tedious but I got to work so... All I'm really doing is cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming carpets and offices in the entrance, cleaning the break room, wiping down tables, doing all that. Realistically I could finish all of my work in about 5 hours. So I'm having a lot of down time and really just going to hide. My boss is cool. It's a job, nothing incredible but it'll get me paid. Moving from Apollo to Premium Club was harder than expected — I was with Apollo for the last two years and recently moved to Premium Club. I first heard about Premium Club through the move from Apollo, although I had also seen people mention it on Reddit a few months earlier. Since I am still new to Premium Club, my main impression so far comes from the renewal process. Understanding the discount and completing the Bitcoin payment through Coinbase took longer than expected and was frustrating at times. Support eventually helped me finish the payment, but clearer instructions and better communication would make the transition much easier.

Who remembers the $MU put credit spread last week based on the w1/daily? I do, and I've found another setup, the exact same thing, but on $NVDA and to the downside, so we would utilize a call credit spread. On the W1/daily, notice there are no prior imprints where we closed. Across the 200-day dataset, every cycle has pushed below 226.80 and closed the session below the previous day's close of 227.21. That's a function of the w1/daily's granularity. Tagging 226.80 isn't enough on its own. Because the chart runs on daily closes, the imprint at 226.80 or lower only sticks if we close below 227.21. Close above it and we'd form an H1, which puts the imprint at today's low of 227.03, not at a new low printed tomorrow, even if price trades below today's low intraday. To simplify, what we're looking for is a close below 227.21, so we use the C227.50-C230 spread if the premium capture is worth it. My new laptop is purchased outside the promotion period for a free copy from Nvidia — As a huge fan of the first Control game, I just recently found out that my recent purchase of an Asus gaming laptop for university is eligible to get a free Control Resonant on steam. But I checked my receipt and turns out I made the purchase on August 12, which was outside the promotion period which began on August 25. In order to claim the code for the game, I'm required to fill in and email my proof of purchase to Asus' email address. But I have a feeling I won't get the code because my purchase is outside of the promotion period. Is there a way to somehow change the date or bypass this? May AM4 live forever, new/old build in the Lian Li 011 Vision-M — I was given the opportunity to refresh the desktop I had just inherited from my son after he worked and saved all summer to build a new desktop. Pedro was kind enough to connect me with Lian Li and get some components in my hands to refresh the compact ATX computer I had helped my son build in 2020. The original PC was built in a Corsair iCue 220T case with a 3700x and 2070 Super, finished out with 32gb of DDR4 and some Noctua fans I found at a thrift store. The "new" build was going to be mATX next year, but with the help of Lian Li and PCMR I had the ability to go ahead and start my refresh now. Selling Options is good when you have a good capital base, it’s not going to give you outsized returns. Buying options initially helped me grow portfolio way much faster. Tesla Box sort of reset help (spoiler) — I’ve fully solved the box but as a bit of a bummer, the top puzzle box was somehow already unlocked. Maybe I messed it up when I stuck the clock hand InThe bottom and moved the release lever. I’d like to give this puzzle to friends to have them do but I can’t get the inner box to lock when putting it back. I understand the extrusion on the bottom of the inner box (when placed inside) with the carved in arrow goes in the slot on the bottom of inner chamber they has the Nikola Tesla and Puzzle Potato text. I am pretty sure the locking mechanism is the two things on the side that should go over the little nubs on the outside bottom of the inner box. For the life of me I can’t figure out how to get it to lock again for the next person and am wondering if mine might be defective in some way. Any help might be appreciated. Happy to provide pictures if necessary.

Seems like Tesla is merging all their systems. — Just noticing after getting loaners for a couple of months a few nights while I waited for my car and finally receiving delivery that only some car systems feel like completely different things… like summon from FSD or smart park from FSD… now it finally seems with the latest updates these system are merging together. Which obviously is a great thing. I still don’t get why grok can open the glove box or can’t control the in car talk app to open the trunk seems a little weird that’s the only thing about this car that feels off once in a while. USB stick disappeared during scan — I ran a Malwarebytes “deep scan” on a Lenovo laptop running Windows 10. Hours later I went back, the screen was frozen with the Lenovo logo displaying. I had to force restart. The Sandisk flash drive that was connected at the time “disappeared”, and now no longer shows in Device Manager or anywhere. It also does not register when inserted into another USB port or even on another computer. Could the scan have messed up the Sandisk or is it coincidence that the flash drive happened to fail at the same time? Of course it contained a lot of important files that I need. Any suggestions? It was not old and had not been used much.

(RG DS Plus) Possible issue with SD card slot — I just got my RG DS Plus today and the first thing I wanted to do was install RockNix. I reformatted a Sandisk SD card and applied RockNix to the card. However, when I went to boot up the Plus, it wouldn’t turn on. I put the original OS card back in the Plus and it wouldn’t turn on. It felt like the SD slot was a bit finicky and I ended up inserting/removing the card like eight times and it finally would turn on. I suspect it is a partially faulty SD card slot. Have others had this issue? How long does the SD card need to be in the Plus before it will turn on?

Purchasing Crypto — If this is against the rules, please let me know and i will remove it, but im needing help and running low on other choices. I've done all the necessary research for DIY, and know all about the doses and things i need, but i completely forgot that places only accept cryptocurrency as payment. Given my situation im not able to just do the normal buying process on Kraken or Coinbase, and am having to resort to Bisq2. Of course given the amount (80 USD. $60 per vial + $15 shipping + $5 padding) its extremely difficult to get someone to sell to you for that amount because its a good bit of effort for a reasonably small amount over all. If anyone uses Bisq2 and has at least a little reputation there could you help a sister out, it would mean the world to me. <3 im willing to do a good bit more then market price (within reason) so its not a waste of your time completely. Coinbase Update Sucks — Can't slide stop loss past purchase price unless you enter it manually. Have to make sure you don't click on one of your take profit/stop loss/limit buy orders when moving the chart around. Can't place BOTH take profit/stop loss using the drag to slide; have to use the order form. TP/SL doesn't show on chart after the initial buy/sell order. Chart updates resets it to default zoom/view. Margin/Margin Ratio/Est Liquidation Price/etc. still don't work. Coinbase succeeded in making their interface even worse so they can take more money from people making mistakes from their terrible UI. AND they increased the fees and/or requirements for each tier... (VIP 1 needs: 1 Mil Spot/10 Mil Futures/10 Mil Assets)

New A229 Pro not saving video? — Hi All, I recently purchased an A229 Pro 4K front + 2K rear dash cam. I tested that it works with my vehicle and can save video before installing it, and was successful. Today on my way back home from work, I narrowly avoided a swerve from an oncoming driver in the opposite lane, and wanted to review the footage when I got home. However, when I checked my SD card only the last 1 minute and 29 seconds (1 min video, 26 second video) had been saved; the rest of my day of driving has not been logged. I was wondering what could have caused this and what would be the fix? I've updated to the latest firmware of VIOFO, formatted the SD card before inserting it and testing the dash cam in the first place, and I'm using a Sandisk Extreme 256 GB SD Card ([as is one of the recommendations on the VIOFO support website](https://support.viofo.com/support/solutions/articles/19000130874-why-does-my-dashcam-lose-some-recordings-)). SSD firmware update, help? — I’m trying to update my PC to windows 11, version 25h2. When I attempt to, I’m told its failed to install due to my WD NVMe Disk and it needs to be updated. This is done by using SanDisk Dashboard, as of right now its current version is 5.2.2.3. However attempting to use the dashboard comes up blank, it appears in my system tray but trying to click on it or anything doesn’t work. I need help trying to figure out why it’s blank, without the dashboard (annoyingly enough) I can’t update my SSD.
